MY $1800 APT IS A POOL! Landlord's DUCT TAPE & PRAYER FAILED.

My landlord 'fixed' the leak in my ceiling with duct tape and a prayer. It's been raining for 3 days. The prayer is not working. The duct tape has given up. My bedroom is now a swimming pool. Rent is still $1800.
