FLORIDA WOMAN Brenda: Demands "Max Effort," Makes Teen Cry Over Oat Milk!

I just need to vent about Brenda. Seriously, if you've ever worked at that little bakery on Elm Street, you know exactly who I'm talking about. The one with the cute striped awning? Yeah. She's a monster. It's just the constant passive aggression. Like, how many times can someone put up a sign that says "If you have time to lean, you have time to clean!" or "Minimum wage, maximum effort!" It's so condescending. Especially when she’s in the back, ‘managing,’ which mostly means staring at her phone or talking about her yoga retreat. And the way she talks to people? I swear I saw her make poor Maya, who's barely 17, cry last week because a customer asked for a latte with oat milk, and Maya accidentally grabbed almond. Like, a simple mistake. Brenda just tore into her, right there in front of the line of people. "Are you even listening, Maya? You need to pay attention if you want to be a professional!" I know I shouldn’t care but GOD it pisses me off. This girl is working her ass off, going to school, and Brenda treats her like dirt. Remember Jason? The guy who used to do all the sourdough? He had the flu, like, properly sick, couldn't even stand up. Called in, gave plenty of notice. Brenda *still* made him feel like he was personally ruining her life. Threatened to cut his hours if he "kept taking advantage." He ended up coming in half-dead just to avoid the drama. And then she complained he wasn't energetic enough. It’s always something. Everyone who's worked there for more than a month has a story. It’s not just one bad day. It’s her. She's just awful. And people keep going there because the pastries *are* good, but man, it's not worth it.
