The AUDACITY of Sarah: Stole ENTIRE Q3, Then Said 'Great Job, Team!'
My boss Sarah literally presented my entire Q3 campaign strategy to the client yesterday like *she* came up with every single idea. Not a single mention of my name, not one. I sat there, stunned, watching her take credit for *months* of my work. I've been at this small marketing agency for almost two years now. Started out pretty good, you know? But Sarah, she's something else. It's like a slow poison. She'd always "tweak" my presentations, especially early on. Like, "Oh, just a few little changes, easier if I just run through it." Fine, whatever. But it escalated. I'd be pulling all-nighters on a pitch deck, and she'd swoop in right before it went out, add one slide or reorder some bullet points, then send it as "her" work. And in meetings, if I actually got to speak, she'd immediately jump in to "clarify" what I just said, basically just rephrasing my exact words but louder, then ask if *I* had anything to add. Fucking infuriating. And if I ever tried to gently bring it up, she'd be like, "Oh, I'm just helping you out! We're a team, right? Don't be so sensitive." Or "I just want you to shine, so I'm making sure your work gets seen." Like, what the actual hell? But yesterday? The Q3 campaign was *my* baby. I designed the whole damn thing from concept to execution. All the market research, the competitor analysis, the creative angles. And she just... took it. Presented it with a big smile, acting like she was the genius behind it all. Then after the client left, she comes up to me and says, "Great job, team! Looks like we knocked it out of the park." *We*? Bitch, *you* did. You just took my work and slapped your name on it. I feel like I'm losing my mind. I'm so over this. Should I just quit? I don't know if HR would even do anything, she's so tight with the owner. God, I just want to scream.
